This Mako Building is a 40x36x10 w/ 40x64x14 enclosed with 4/12 and wainscot. This building also includes a 10×46 wrap around porch on a 2/12 pitch. It has 3″ insulation in the roof and walls, 8-3×4 framed window openings, 4- 3070 personnel walk-thru doors, 1- 12×12 roll up door framed opening, and 1- 10×10 roll up door framed opening. The inside roof and walls in the 24×40 shop area has white liner panels, walls are rustic red and the roof, trim, and wainscoting is burnished slate.
